From your first week, you learn how to have clear, productive conversations with clients. Training covers how to explain benefits options, answer common questions, and guide someone toward the right next step.
You are not expected to arrive with industry knowledge. Coaching sessions, team practice, and structured materials help you build communication skills on the job. An independent opportunity with structured training and support as you build your career.
Once trained, your day includes scheduling appointments, following up with clients, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with licensed agents. You handle real client interactions early, with support from experienced team members as you grow.
The people who do well here are organized, comfortable talking with new people, and motivated to improve through feedback. No degree or prior experience is required.
