Most of the morning is spent working through a follow-up list, returning calls to people who requested information and confirming scheduled appointments. Between those calls, you update records and prepare notes so the next conversation picks up where the last one left off.
Core responsibilities:
Build your career as a contractor, with training, coaching, and room to grow. You will learn scheduling systems, call frameworks and client communication during a structured onboarding program. No insurance background is required. Strong organization, clear phone communication and the ability to manage a busy calendar are the transferable skills that matter most here. This is a full-time, on-site position in Oakbrook Terrace.
